Award-winning content, communications, sponsorship, and events agency SQN is ready to unleash the full power of partnerships in 2022, as the company strengthens its core team with the appointment of Cathryn Baldanza as Project Management and Events Lead.
Joining the Henley-based agency from this month, Baldanza will head up SQN’s fast-growing events capability, offering brands an array of unique opportunities to engage with target audiences – either in real life or virtually.
One of the greatest challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic has been how to engage with customers and prospects. In the past two years, SQN has put its experience into practice online by incorporating virtual and hybrid events into its mix. With a broader event offering than ever before, the addition of Baldanza to SQN’s growing team will allow the company to offer its clients the most holistic and tailor-made events solution to date.
CEO of SQN, Claire Ritchie, commented: “We are thrilled that someone of Cathryn’s calibre has chosen to join SQN at such an exciting time in our business. Not only have we grown our agency during a period of great challenge, but we have also been able to bring the best people into our team at the right time. 2022 will be a year of opportunity and rejuvenation for many companies, especially those in the tech and B2B space. With Cathryn on board, we will be able to offer events that precisely fit what our clients need for their business, no matter the size, scale or audience.”
SQN has used the new year to roll out a brand-new look and slogan as it evangelises the power of partnerships. The agency has long been an advocate for sponsorship as a potent part of the marketing mix, but by championing partnerships of all kinds, SQN wants to showcase the benefits of collaboration and co-operation to transform business.
Managing Director of SQN, Chris Hughes said: “Partnership is a word that underpins everything we stand for at SQN. From the long-standing partnerships we build with our clients, to the premium we place on sponsorships, and the collaborative relationships within our team, it is something that we think makes our approach special. We see 2022 as the year where mutually beneficial partnerships of all kinds come to the fore and help transform businesses for the future.”
