While VeriSign is a trusted global provider of internet infrastructure services, helping companies and consumers worldwide engage in trusted communications and commerce, the Authentication and Identity Protection Services business, has now been sold to Symantec. In order to maximise the impact of these consulting services on a global basis with services like Managed Security Services and the iDefense Security Intelligence Service, VeriSign needed a more proactive approach in working and communicating with area partners.

Sine Qua Non was asked to develop a number of initiatives as integral elements of the global partner programme aimed at opening and structuring communication with a growing partner base. We developed a number of communication vehicles including a partner portal with access to all sales and support collateral and a partner guide to detail the key elements of the partner programme.
